Agentic Enterprise: when AI agents take over real work
AI agents are past the demo phase — the only question left is how to bring them into the enterprise safely and sovereignly. In this track we use hybridclaw.io to show how agentic AI takes over real enterprise workflows and gets embedded into the organisation: from integrating with existing systems and workflows, through governance and data sovereignty, all the way to measurable business impact.
For everyone who wants to run AI in production, not just try it out.
AI4WORK30 €60 instead of €90 The four questions this track answers
A prototype that impresses in a demo is not a system your company can rely on. These are the four gaps between the two — and we work through all of them, hands-on, on live systems.
Integration into existing systems
Your agent is only worth something where the work already happens: CRM, ERP, ticket system, mailbox, calendar, file storage. We connect agents to real tools and existing workflows instead of building yet another isolated chat window.
Governance & data sovereignty
Who is allowed to trigger which agent? What does it see, what may it change, and who can prove afterwards what happened? Permissions, audit logs, EU hosting and self-hosting — the part that decides whether legal and IT security sign off.
From pilot to production
Scheduling, retries, error handling, observability, evals. The unglamorous engineering that turns a working demo into something that still runs on a Tuesday morning without anyone watching.
Measurable business impact
Which process, how many hours, what cost per run? We put numbers on the use case so the result survives the conversation with the people holding the budget.
Your own cloud-hosted agent — including a budget to play with
Every participant in this track leaves with their own agent on our latest technology line, running in the EU cloud, with usage budget already built in. Not a trial you have to cancel — a running agent you can keep working on come Monday.
- Latest technology line
- EU-hosted managed cloud
- Usage budget included
- Yours to keep after the hackathon
You do not start from zero
Everything we build with is open and free to use — before, during and after the hackathon. 18 documented enterprise workflows, 35+ vetted business skills, 17 built-in tools. Take them, fork them, ship them.
Documented use cases
Complete, step-by-step workflows — from competitor briefing to invoice collection to post-demo follow-up. Each one a working blueprint, not a teaser.

Ready-made skills your agent can call straight away, composable into your own — with evals and versioning built in.

Browser automation, cron workflows, subagent delegation, 100+ LLM models. Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Teams and more as front doors.

The whole runtime is on GitHub. Self-host it, read the code, keep what you built at the hackathon — no licence conversation afterwards.

Cosima Gräf
Head of Marketing, neuland.ai
Brings the question every enterprise use case eventually has to survive: does anyone outside the building team understand what this does — and why it is worth paying for?
