Production cloud (EU)
Managed Cloud Agents on HybridAI
Self-hosted is great. Managed Cloud is faster: zero-ops, EU hosting, 24/7 availability, built-in scaling and compliance via HybridAI.
What "managed" actually means
Self-hosted gives you HybridClaw as an open-source runtime on your infrastructure — maximum control, with your own ops responsibility. Managed Cloud on hybridai.one takes everything off your plate that is not your skills: EU hosting, zero-downtime updates, scaling during peaks, long-term audit storage and 24/7 reachability for your agents.
Six things you don't have to run yourself in the cloud
This is the operational layer that stands between a proof of concept and a real production agent.
24/7 availability
Hot standby across multiple EU regions with a defined SLA. If a node fails, the next one takes over in seconds — without a running agent run failing.
Auto-scaling
Workload spikes (monthly close in the finance agent, Black Friday tickets in the support agent) are absorbed by additional workers automatically.
Zero-downtime deploys
Skill updates, model swaps and runtime patches land blue/green — no maintenance window, no waiting agents.
Built-in observability
Latency, cost, eval and safety dashboards available immediately. Slack/email alerts on anomalies.
Pre-configured compliance
GDPR DPA, AI-Act reporting fields, EU hosting, PII masking, long-term audit storage — as default, not as DIY.
Email & phone setup
Own email address per agent (DKIM/SPF configured) and optionally a phone number — without you setting up Twilio yourself.
Self-Hosted vs. Managed Cloud
Both paths reach a production agent — the question is who carries which responsibility.
HybridClaw Self-Hosted
- Full data control — nothing leaves your network
- Bring your own LLM (Ollama, vLLM, your endpoint)
- Up to 80% token savings with your own model
- Open-source runtime, no license fees
- Operational responsibility stays with you
HybridClaw Managed Cloud
- EU hosting (Hetzner Cloud, Frankfurt/Falkenstein)
- 24/7 SLA with hot standby across regions
- Auto-scaling, zero-downtime updates
- Built-in email/phone identity per agent
- Long-term audit storage and compliance reports
What else you get in the cloud (that is expensive to self-host)
- Cross-region failover. If one EU region fails another takes over — no state loss for running agents.
- Long-term audit storage. Audit logs are kept tamper-proof for 7 years (GDPR + HGB compliant). Hash-chained, mirrored.
- Multi-LLM routing. Anthropic, OpenAI, locally hosted open-weights models — with budget limits and failover.
- Enterprise support. Direct Slack/email channel to engineering, SLA for incident response, onboarding help.
Frequently asked Managed Cloud questions
Where exactly does my cloud instance live? +
In EU data centers operated by Hetzner (Falkenstein and Nuremberg). Data does not leave the EU — unless you explicitly enable a US LLM (e.g. OpenAI) and the agent sends content there, which we log and you can restrict via policy.
How much does it cost? +
Pricing depends on volume (agent runs, token usage, storage) and on your desired SLA. For setups with concrete use cases we build individual quotes — reach out via the sales form on hybridai.one.
Can I move from cloud to self-hosted (or back)? +
Yes. Skills, memory and audit logs are portable between deployments. Migrations in both directions are supported and we help with them.
What about hybrid deployment? +
A third mode: managed cloud agents delegate sensitive tasks to local agents in your network. Example: cloud agent classifies a ticket, local agent accesses your database. Both stay chained in the same trajectory.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
We export skills, memory and audit logs in an open format. 30-day transition window, then GDPR-compliant deletion. Self-hosted migration is a defined path.
