2. Server access data

When you access this website, our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) collects standard server log files: shortened IP address, date and time, transferred data volume, requested page, browser and operating system. This data is processed solely to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to load Google Analytics 4. Processing only takes place after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). Before consent is granted, no analytics or marketing cookies are set; the consent status is communicated to Google via Consent Mode v2.

Data collected via Google Analytics (truncated IP address, page views, device and browser data, approximate region) is used for statistical analysis of site usage. You can revoke your consent at any time using the control below.

4. Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we process the email address you provide in order to send you the newsletter. Sign-up uses a double opt-in procedure: after you enter your email address we send you a confirmation email, and your subscription only becomes active once you click the confirmation link it contains. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). To document your consent we store the time of sign-up and confirmation.

To send and manage the newsletter we use the service provider Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany), with whom a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. After your confirmation, your email address is transferred to and stored by Brevo for this purpose.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter and withdraw your consent with effect for the future at any time — via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by message to support@hybridai.one. After unsubscribing, your email address is removed from the newsletter distribution list.

5. Whitepapers & downloads

To provide certain content (e.g. whitepapers) we ask for your email address in order to send you the download link. This processing serves to fulfil your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR); for this we store your email address and the requested resource. The link is sent via our service provider Brevo (see section 4).

Signing up for our newsletter is optional and kept separate: only if you actively tick the corresponding box do we also process your email address for the newsletter (section 4, incl. double opt-in, then applies). The download is sent to you regardless.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please send requests to support@hybridai.one.
